"With the installation of the last outer wall plate of the factory, the stainless steel rolling and pickling project constructed by Inner Mongolia (Naiman) Jing'an Nonferrous Metal Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the main installation. Li Wenyou, the engineering manager of Naiman Jing'an Nonferrous Metal Materials Co., Ltd., introduced that "Jing'an has built 18 nickel iron alloy, 4 silicon manganese alloy, 6 chromium iron alloy, as well as 1.2947 million tons of stainless steel and 2.2 million tons of steel rolling pickling production lines

With the firm footsteps of one extension chain project after another in Jing'an, Jing'an Stainless Steel maintains its position as the "first echelon" of the city's economic development with an accelerated rise. The construction of nickel based new materials projects, as an extremely important measurement indicator, has painted a strong mark on Naiman's rise.

Producing stainless steel is about to be achieved for the Naiman people. As an important component of the five major industrial clusters in the city, Naiman will build high-end non-ferrous metal industrial bases such as high-quality special steel and high-performance Stainless Steel Products, and create a billion dollar nickel circular economy industrial cluster. From existing to extending the stainless steel industry chain

Today's Naiman Green Low Carbon Nickel Iron Industry Agglomeration Zone has projects settled one after another, with standard factories adjacent to each other, and industrial workers coming in batches one after another. The scale of the industry is increasing year by year.

At the construction site of Tongliao Zhongbo Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 50000 tons of cold-rolled thin plate stainless steel project, large row factories have sprung up, and groups of busy workers wearing yellow safety helmets and blue workwear can be seen everywhere.

We mainly rely on stainless steel raw materials produced by Jing'an for deep processing. In the future, we will install two cold-rolled thin plate equipment for the maintenance of building structures, "said Liu Wenbo, Chairman of Zhongbo. The coated products of stainless steel are used to replace the original color coated steel plates, which have better corrosion resistance and strength than the current ordinary carbon color coated steel plates. After the project is put into operation, it will fill a gap in the downstream products of stainless steel in Inner Mongolia.

The entry of Zhongbo undoubtedly enables Naiman Stainless Steel Industry to gain momentum in the "chain". Today, Naiman has 8 stainless steel industry related enterprises, 6 ongoing projects, and 5 nickel slag disposal enterprises in the park, with an annual capacity to digest 7 million tons of nickel slag. In the upstream, Naiman will focus on undertaking raw material projects such as nickel iron, silicon manganese, and high carbon chromium iron alloys, while in the downstream, it will focus on undertaking projects in the fields of stainless steel profiles, tableware and kitchenware, precision castings, medical equipment, etc. It is expected that by the end of the 14th Five Year Plan period, the output value of the entire industry chain will reach over 100 billion yuan.
